Agility isnt equal speed Speed should be: Matari > Gallente > Caldari > Amarr Agility Matari > Caldari > Gallente > Amarr Victuri te Salutant

Kinetic only bonus on Caracal / Cerberus should be changed to affect all dmg types again, simply cause the dmg output is horrible on these ships compared to their equivalent. Especially Cerberus Victuri te Salutant

Torps would be fine if they were affected by the sig radius skills. So at least they would hit battleships for max damage... The damage forumla should be tweaked to be more affected by speed than by sig radius
